Totally Tea — Restaurant in Austin

There’s a reason why this place’s rating is 2 stars. I would give them negative stars if I could. What’s worse than their drinks? Their customer service! This gentleman pictured has serious attitude issues. He literally took our order, charged us and randomly decided to refuse service because my kids had touched the empty cups on display (5 minutes before he had finalized our order) and that apparently made him nervous. Also, when we had questions regarding the drinks he kept answering in the most uninterested tone, sounding as if he thought we were stupid to be asking those questions. My friends and I were stunned initially because it just didn’t make any sense. When we called out his rude behavior, he in return got personal and asked us to teach our kids better. All for touching empty cups on display. This man is seriously in need of help or should work at a position that’s not customer facing because he lacks basic etiquette. Needless to see, never coming back and you shouldn’t too if you don’t want to be a target of his unexplained hostility.

PS: There’s a nice bubble tea kiosk ‘Boba Tea Time’ on the same floor just a minute away, with friendly faces...

Got excited to see this boba drinks in the mall, walked to order two boba drinks and the two guys there gave me a horrible service, both talked to each other as ignoring my presence, so gettho, the preparer talked and talked to the cashier while making my drinks, Hispanics but English speakers and so disappointed with those disgusting tasteless powdered drinks, I thought of asking for a refund but I didn’t. Very bad experience never ever going back and telling everybody how bad this place is, service is key gentlemen!!! Owners please make sure the kind of people you hire!!
