Taqueria Cuernos Largos — Restaurant in Austin

I had the Barbacoa and the mixed meat tacos. And they were the best tacos I've had in all of Cedar park. Sergio, who is one of the owners, is super chill and down-to-earth. We are inviting him to our dental office open house because his tacos are just that good and apparently they have taco trucks around greater Austin and you'd be lucky if you stumbled upon it. However, you need to make your way to lakeline mall just to have these tacos. Make sure you put all the sauces on it. I really like the Roja and the tomatillo! I ordered the pastor, pollo, y steak tacos & got severe food poisoning the very next day. The avocado salsa looked to be too dark of a green signifying it may have been stored improperly or it was past due date. the pastor did not taste right off the first bite so i couldn’t even finish it. the chicken taco tasted rubbery and the meat did not look cooked properly with how light of a color it was. 1 minute. That’s how long it took me to devour their quesa birria taco. For 5 bucks that thing sent me to heaven and back with its tangy, meat juicy, flavor inducing goodness. I cannot reccomend that taco more than ever. The service was amazing, and I was helped upon walking close to the restaurant.
