Read moreMy wife and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Rumann Mediterranean Cuisine Lakeline Mall in Austin, Texas, and it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish!
The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and inviting, perfect for both a casual lunch and a special dinner. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our dining experience was perfect.
The food was simply outstanding. Every dish was bursting with authentic Mediterranean flavors and made with the freshest ingredients. We started with appetizers, which included delicious falafel and Yalanji (Dolma). Each item was expertly prepared and full of flavor. For the main course, I had the Mixed Grill, which was 3 Skewers of meat, Shish Tawook, Kafta Kabob & Beef Kabob, served with Rice, Side of Hummus & Salad. My wife ordered the Lamb Kabob Grill, and it was equally impressive.
The portions were generous, and the presentation of each dish was beautiful. The dessert was the perfect ending to our meal – the Kunafah was absolutely delightful.
Overall, Rumann Mediterranean Cuisine is a true gem in Austin. Whether you’re a fan of Mediterranean food or just looking for a fantastic dining experience, this restaurant should be at the top of your list. I can't wait to return and try more dishes from their menu. Highly...
Read moreCan't say enough good things about this place. It's like eating in Amman! The flavors and textures are perfection and there's variety without the menu being overwhelming. Our waiter was patient and attentive throughout and we really appreciated it 🙂
We had a late lunch on Friday afternoon and the place was pretty empty. I have allergy concerns, so this is always a plus for me because they're not rushed with questions. Items are well labeled and I had no allergy indicators with the food. Our waiter checked several times to ensure there would be no ingredients that might make me sick. I ordered the falafel appetizer and kafta plate which has very minimal modifications for gluten or dairy. The meat in all the dishes was juicy and tender. Pictures do not give the size of the dishes justice. You get a good amount of food for the price (I definitely added meat to mine and did not need to). This is definitely a place we will visit often and - as much as we loved there not being a lot of distracting customers - this place should totally be busy...
