HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE:

I bought my daughter some shoes from here (she wasn't with me) and they ended up being a half size too small.

We went back to exchange them for a larger size and they refused to even look up the shoes or make any accommodations. The shoes were never even taken out of the box.

To rub it in, the worthless girl kept throwing back handed comments at us across the store while we were walking out, visibly upset.

This place wont last another 3 months...

First off, if you " pulled security footage" you would have heard your staff yelling at us, making back handed comments across the store, when we were walking out.

Second, you stated " as a courtesy we would oblige to help accommodate"...

I very rarely step inside of sneaker shops anymore because the experience that I became accustomed to throughout the 90s, and early 2000s has been washed away with trash employees, backdooring, lack of availability, and overall agonizing process to acquire a pair of kicks. To my very surprise, this was "not" the case with my experience at KI ATX. Upon walking in, you get that good ol "Stay Fresh" feel, being greeted by patrons who aren't snobby, and actually like to render good customer service and talk kicks in the process. We were fortunate to catch a nice sale during Veterans Day. The inventory of apparel was different from what you usually see everywhere else, and the atmosphere was just dope overall. Doc Greg is OG Sneakerhead from the Original Nice Kick days, so I expected nothing less than what I was met with during my trip to the shop. Highly recommend, go check them out, and cop something nice for yourself or someone else.

Awful experience. I ordered the $120 mystery shoe box, it arrived over a week late. It was advertised that there would be 1-2 pairs and you would be getting shoes at a value of the price of the box or more. I received one pair of saucony shoes, not my style that was fine, I knew I was taking a chance ordering the mystery box. I looked them up online and they are on sale literally everywhere for $64 up to $80. The highest sale price being $99 on StockX. They sent me some sale shoes that do not even cost the price of the box. I watched many videos of people opening their mystery boxes and was expecting a little better of a shoe for the price paid. I contacted the company to which they were not very helpful. 10/10 Would not order from them, as they will...
