I recently visited the Domain Diptyque store and had such a wonderful shopping experience thanks to Raina. From the moment my friend Daniel and I walked in we were greeted with a bright smile that made us feel welcomed. Raina's extensive knowledge of the fragrances was truly impressive. The girl genuinely knows her stuff. She took the time to explain any questions we had about particular notes from the different fragrances, explained the new Les Essence collection and found candles that were deemed similar since that specific line doesn't carry candles. Shopping in a luxurious setting can sometimes be intimidating based off the vibe the store gives but Raina's friendly and approachable demeanor definitely changed that for us. Raina was so great! Worst experience I have ever had in a Diptique store. The 3 sales people were not interested in helping me but when another lady walked in, all 3 staff were fussing and fawning over her! Maybe one has to “look” a certain way to get the same service the lady who walked in after me was getting!!! Is this how Diptique trains its staff to treat customers?!!! Appalling! If you want to be made to feel insignificant and small, then sure walk into this store! Most humiliating experience and made me realize even more the world is such an unfair place when all it matters is how one looks!!! May the 3 sales women rot in hell for ruining my experience of shopping for a birthday present for myself!!! Diptique do something about training...

I had such a wonderful experience at the Diptyque Austin store, all thanks to Raina! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel incredibly welcomed and at ease. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me. Raina took the time to thoughtfully answer all of my questions—not just about the products, but also about the brand, which I really appreciated.
