Came here the other day and didn't have the best experience.. I was greeted with a welcome but it was shortly followed with the gentleman who was on shift watching me. Even did a double take as we were walking through the store. And noticed him try to look away quickly. I get it.. I have tattoos and stretched ears. But as a customer and more importantly a PERSON. I don't deserve to be hawked down. Annnnd On top of that! When me and my Girlfriend approached the counter and placed our items down. He continued fidgeting with something else and turned his back. Just waiting for him to check us out. Mind you he wasn't helping anyone else. And wasn't messing with the register. He didn't bother asking how our visit was or how our day was going. Just made the whole check out awkward and annoying. Me and my Girlfriend come from the hospitality / customer service industry. So it was just such a poor experience. What sucks is that they actually have really nice selections in...

We downsized our home & were super-excited to redecorate with perfectly curated pieces from the Lakeline and Houston locations. We have filled our home with Kirkland's pieces like: decorative items, furniture, candles, art pieces, and kitchen pieces. The last time I visited the store, however, staff was very rude and unhelpful. I've switched to Bath & Bodyworks for my candles. Last year, I gifted my entire family candles and gifts from Kirkland's. However, after that display of poor customer service, I won't be returning. I can take my business many other places, and I have. There is a Home Goods right next door. Save yourself the headache and hassle, take two steps to the left, and make your way to Home Goods instead. Your wallet and your heart...

Be careful of the benches you buy we bought​one that had some scratches on it my wife tried it at the store and it seem fine but when she tried it at home it collapse and she hurt her heel lucky she was not holding​ our 6 month old son. There is no warranty on the bench so they can't repair it and since we got a discount for some scratches on it they could not refund the money. So I hope this post helps some one else so they don't get hurt and lose...
