We contracted with LFM to remodel a small kids bathroom and had a great experience with Tommy, Jose, and the rest of their crew. The bathroom had not been updated since the 70s and a small leak from the plumbing was starting to cause water spots on the ceiling of the room below. We had several companies come out to bid on the project but ultimately chose LFM because we trusted them and worked well with Tommy.

The project went smoothly and Tommy frequently stopped by to check on progress. I really liked the WhatsApp thread used to communicate since it kept everyone on the same page. They also provided an easy to use spreadsheet to help track what we needed to purchase for the project and when we would need it. Tommy was always great to jump in and provide recommendations when we got stuck since this was our first remodel project.

Our goal was to open up the room as much as possible since it was originally small and crammed. Tommy and Jose did a great job providing recommendations and confirming what we could and couldn't due with the space. They ended up creating a lot more space by removing a doorway frame, removing unnecessary soffits, and converting the door to a pocket door. The rest of the crew was always friendly and cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. They were also easy to work with for any remaining punch list items. We love the final result and the kids are so happy to have a new (pink) bathroom to use.

We also ended up adding a few small projects at the end since we had such a good experience with the team. We had them re-insulate our attic, including removal of the old insulation and foam boards. They also demoed a built-in cabinet in our hallway and repaired the wall so we can make the space more usable.

We are thrilled with work done on our home by LFM. We hired Leo and his crew twice over the last couple of months. The first time was when a huge tree fell on our home, crushing the roof, AC, furnace, gas pipes, electric wiring, ceilings in 2 rooms, and several cracks in other ceilings, walls and doors. We were devastated. This was an emergency job and Leo was right there for us the next morning, surveying the damage and quickly getting a tarp on the roof to protect our home from further damage. From that day on until the job was complete, he and his crew were dedicated to doing the job right, getting it done promptly, and getting us back in our home as soon as possible. At the end, they cleaned up everywhere put all of our furniture back. (Actually, cleaner than before the tree fell!) I can't thank them enough for all they did, turning a very difficult time for us into something not so bad.

We were so grateful and impressed, we decided to hire LFM to convert our screened-in back porch into a home office a few months later. We weren't really sure about what we wanted so Leo gave us some ideas and different options, with such attention to details, and we knew we wouldn't want anyone else for the job. His crew were polite & punctual every day. They were also very considerate about our family's privacy in the rest of our home and kept the construction dust to a minimum. Again, thoroughly cleaning when the job was done. We've lived here over 20 years and kept putting off getting this back porch conversion but now that we did, I wish we did it years ago. I can’t speak highly enough about Lior and his team at LFM Remodeling. From beginning to end, the experience was enjoyable and rewarding.

LFM remodeling remodeled our entire house that was purchased at the beginning of 2021 in Bryker Woods, Austin. The entire project took about 6 months and included: kitchen, 3 bathrooms, flooring throughout the whole house, new electrical panel and all electrical work, skim coat and interior paint, siding & stonework and exterior paint, new driveway, new HVAC system, new roof, and landscaping work.

When it came time to choose our contractor, we heeded some great advice; materials are materials but the person you work with will become family. When we were sitting across the table with Lior for the first time, we could tell right away that he was the person we wanted to work with. He was very engaging, informative and personal. His schedules and budgets were what he said and even surpassed our expectations. Throughout the process, he was open to suggestions and changes as he emphasized that this is our house and we should expect to get what we envision. We were very involved with the construction which allowed us to really get to know his sub-contractors.

Lior has built a great team of people who care about their trades and us; they saw us as not only clients, but people. Now that our house is complete, we could not be happier.
