We had them install flooring in a 1st generation space and 7 months in we've had multiple strips of commercial grade flooring release due to improper installation. We've contacted the company to fix and they blame it on water damage. The odd thing is the flooring is coming up in various locations around the office. I guess we have scattered rain storms indoors because that doesn't make any sense unless it was only in a bathroom or sink area.

Some of their other reviews are totally bogus. "A great place to work" is not a review, it's an employee. Look somewhere else, this company is low quality and takes zero responsibility for...

Terrible quality, terrible experience. I had over $20K of commercial grade flooring installed from these guys in a brand new first generation. We've had to have them come back 5 different times to fix flooring that was improperly installed and loose from the original install position. Each time they have come back the repair person has left massive amounts of adhesive on the flooring in the area and now our floors always looks dirty. Recently had a higher up come visit to investigate the issue and he passed the blame on to anything else but their poor craftsmanship. Still trying to get these guys to...
