Review edit to 1 star: Recently, made a purchase here which will be my last. I purchased a belly bandit $70 which I did not end up liking as it rolled up and was very uncomfortable when trying it on, something you donāt want when youāre postpartum and in pain. I called the next day after purchasing to which I spoke to Katie whom specifically told me I could return it as long as the item was not worn or with any damage and I had my receipt. I started the phone call with āI DONT have the box, can I still return?ā To which I was told YES. I drove all the way to the store to then be told by Katie herself that I never told her it didnāt have a box and that she never told me it would be okay if it didnāt. She completely denied the entire phone call. She refused to return the item after telling me she would. She didnāt even offer any other option. I canāt believe the complete lack of customer care. I am so disappointed not just to be robbed of $70 but to be treated as if I am a liar and treated as poorly as I was in front of a store full of customers. They literally do not care about the customer, apparently all they care about is making a sale. Be careful with your money here.
Have always loved this store since before the pandemic- around the time my daughter was in cloth diapers. Whitney was always beyond helpful and answered all questions I had. I remember literally calling the shop to ask advice on cloth diapering and she was always the sweetest and very informative! That is why we have returned here time and time again- not only because the products are top of the line but the customer service is also. Although today I visited for the first time in a long while, I did not feel greeted with the same service as before. I felt as though my questions about products were inconveniencing the employees as I was given very short ended responses. Itās disappointing when you spend so much money and time in a place and realize the customer is not what it used to be. I am giving 4 stars because Whitney doesnāt deserve a bad review and maybe today was just not the best...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAbsolutely love this store! I don't write a lot of reviews for places, but I feel obliged to because I like this place so much. I have a 6 month old and this is one of my favorite places to buy anything for him. Here's why: The staff are really helpful. The location is very central. Their selection is large, but everything there seems very thoughtfully selected - a lot of sweet, soft, well-made clothes, wooden toys, organic baby stuff, cloth diapers, baby stuff from European brands, things made out of recycled plastics, locally made baby stuff, etc. They have a sweet store cat lazing around that you can love on :) BUT my favorite thing is the prices! Okay, their prices aren't CHEAP because they don't sell cheap, crappy baby stuff - rather the contrary, it's all really nice and well made, and thus more on the middle/higher end of cost. But, their prices match online prices! I'm serious. Almost everything they have there, I've Googled to check the price on Amazon/Target/similar. Some of the stuff they sell can't be found online (even better!), but of the things you can find, their in-store price is within about $1 of online prices - sometimes cheaper, often the exact same. Plus you get to support an awesome local business. What's not to like? Go here if you or a loved one is expecting or has a baby, you won't be sorry :) p.s. I know it sounds like it, but I swear I don't work here! I just really like supporting locally owned small businesses, and if you're going to buy something anyway, why not buy local and...

Catherine seriously gave my man and I the encouragement we needed as new parents to continue down our cloth diaper journey. Weāve gotten a lot of funny looks when we say we want to use cloth but disposable seems so wasteful. (I always imagine the SpongeBob episode where there were diapers everywhere including in the walls š). She gave us her own experience of using them which gave us our own boost of confidence. She should be a cloth diaper teacher in birthing classes! Seriously, so much insight. And not just on diapers but that was a big thing for us. She helped us figure out what car seat / stroller would be most beneficial. We went with a doona 2 in 1. I just felt like crying from all the encouragement we got from her through her knowledge and wisdom. So happy Iām not the first mom to have a baby šš we walked out very satisfied with what we bought and officially feel āreadyā to receive our baby. Walking in I had a sense of anxiety because I am already 36 weeks pregnant and we didnāt even have a car seat so thank you so much enlightened baby! We walked out super enlightened (and light on emotions). Catherine !! Thank you for your well rounded sense of peace!
Emily thank you for your guidance in co-sleeping. Yalls kindness will not be forgotten !!
It is a like minded baby store for those who choose an alternate route. I would say it is more cost effective to go cloth - it is a big investment up front but makes up for...
