I have only great things to say about Michele and her business. First off, her impeccable, thorough work made the biggest impression on me. Although I used to see some of her other employees towards the beginning of my first session (and they were fine)- Michele's quality of work is unparalleled. Of course, there are always problems areas that are generally tough to get rid of. However, I definitely noticed improvement once I started seeing Michele regularly. I made note that she took her time with all areas evenly and equally, making me feel like I could trust that she wasn't rushing and truly wanted me to see results. No unnecessary upselling here.

Second, her communication is amazing. I rarely need to text or call her, but when I do, she is quick to respond and always answers in a timely manner (if not right away). She is patient, understanding, and flexible with what works for YOU- despite probably seeing many, many clients now that the word is out. I want to add that I think she is incredibly personable in that she remembers names and details that you may have told her weeks (or months!) ago, which I appreciate in the sense that it doesn't make me feel like "just another paying client".

Last but not least, you simply cannot beat her prices and loyalty to those who have continuously used her services. For a lifetime of (mostly) no hair growth for minimally lasting (~10 min.) pain - this is definitely worth the investment....I am obsessed!

As someone who has never done laser hair removal before and is now on her 10th session- I am wowed by the process and the results. The only qualm I have is that I did not start this treatment sooner and dealt with years of painful waxes and ingrowns...only to have to repeat again and again. Thank you for all that you do for your clients Michele! You are really one...

I started laser treatment with Michelle a few months back. A little over a month ago, I received my fourth treatment. I am amazed. I have dark hair. I have middle eastern roots (some of us are on the hairy side). I noticed a difference right away, yet, after the third treatment, the difference was huge. After the fourth treatment, I have not shaved at all. I can notice a few very thin hairs here and there but could count them with my fingers.
