Mueller Central — Local services in Austin

The only thing the Mueller POA and the staff does on time is collect monthly fees. They ignore all other requests regarding safety, crime, maintenance, etc. Send them an email? Good luck getting a reply. Submit a service ticket? I have a service ticket about to celebrate its second birthday that is still "in progress".

Walk around the neighborhood and see how poorly the landscaping is - weeds everywhere, grass is not cut. Apparently the landscaping contractor has been skipping scheduled work, the POA knows about it, but the POA isn't holding them...

They don't maintain their playgrounds. When dangerous playground issues are reported, they are ignored. The mulch is significantly below regulation depth on multiple playgrounds (which is dangerous for falls). I have personally seen two electrical panels at child height with broken doors that left them open. Not to mention the plentiful other maintenance issues like totally missing swings and ripped, jagged slides. It is a lawsuit...
