When I first arrived, customer service was warm and welcoming, and I felt optimistic. However, that quickly shifted after meeting with a representative. Instead of simply listening to my needs, I felt pressured into considering higher-priced services I didn’t ask for. It gave off more of a sales pitch than a genuine consultation, which was disappointing.
After my initial service, I scheduled an additional appointment and was told it was confirmed. Shortly after leaving, I received a text stating I needed to pay to keep that appointment, something I’ve never been required to do at a med spa. Feeling uneasy, I locked my card. Not long after, I received a message that an unauthorized attempt had been made to charge my card, and since the charge failed, my appointment was canceled. At that point, I was no longer interested in returning.
A week later, I unexpectedly received another text confirming me for an appointment I never scheduled, along with a warning that I’d be charged a cancellation fee if I didn’t cancel. That was not only frustrating, but also concerning from a business practice standpoint.

The front desk staff was dismissive upon my arrival, and there was a clear miscommunication regarding my appointment time. I was brought back nearly 15 minutes late by a nurse practitioner(who wasn’t my injector), who was unable to provide basic information—such as how long the injector had been practicing.
This lack of transparency and consultative care is exactly why I’m hesitant about med spas. The experience felt impersonal and unprofessional. I would not recommend this location based on my visit.
Update: Spoke with the manager and she declined to refund me my $50 deposit for the consultation I never had. Very shady business practices and terrible management.

She was very professional and made me feel extremely comfortable as well as even letting me look at the process and asking for my opinion throughout. Looking for a company who will do lip fillers is already stressful because you never know what can and will happen.
