Casero Austin — Local services in Austin

I live in Houston but my middle daughter works as an ER nurse (night shift) in Austin and I wanted to do something special for her and her coworkers for Valentines day. She loves charcuterie boards so I googled charcuterie delivery Austin and found Casero Austin. Their boards looked amazing but they only deliver during the day. I reached out to see if they could refer me to someone else and got an immediate response that they wanted to make an exception to their policy for my daughter and her coworkers for all they have done for the community. Not only did they deliver the most beautiful, delicious board AFTER hours and on their personal time but they added to the board at their cost to make it extra special! They are so generous and so easy to communicate with and deliver such high quality product. What a great asset they are to the Austin food scene. The ER staff were blown away with the how beautiful and delicious the board was and so grateful for the support. Cute, but wildly underwhelming for the cost. We purchased a small Stella platter as a gift for our loved ones.  I understand that the Stella platter’s photo is an example of the large platter, but that gives the impression that there will be fewer of each item, and not that some of the things wouldn’t be present altogether.    For example, there was only salami included, no prosciutto.  There were no olives on our platter which were the main reason we chose this option. Instead of peanuts or another kind of real nut, they used "corn nuts."

My son and his family just moved to the beautiful state of Texas after much research trying to find a place to deliver a charcuterie board for their birthdays I found a hidden gem by the name of CASERO-AUSTIN. Jackie and Emily are absolutely amazing, their customer service and attention to detail was beyond expectations. The boards they create are absolutely delicious, our new discovery is the Chicken Liver Pate-wow-the best we have ever tasted! Kudos to both of these wonderful ladies .. Coming from NYC where there are Restaurants on every corner this place is the best.. look no further.. I wish I could have given a ten star rating because they certainly deserve it!!!
