The way I was treated on the phone by the owner of this facility was deplorable. Passive aggressive individual with zero customer service. She kept interrupting me while I was trying to talk to her. At my request to let me express my thoughts she dismissed me saying "I do not need to let you finish talking". Not writing this review because I wish this establishment to lose business because the people that work there are lovely, but I was treated by the owner the way I did not deserve and dismissed like I was no worth listening to. It may be my accent or the fact that I am not from here that may have made her loose interesting in what I had to say. 5 star to the employees that took care of our beloved dog.
To your response: You did interrupted me before you did not leave me any other options than explain to you that you left no other choice than pursue other forum that would have listened in full to what I had to say. Again, I feel like you are just taking advantage that I a am not passive aggressive as you are and I am not good with words as you are witch I find to be your passive aggressive way to discriminate a foreign. If you really cared you would have never dismissed me as you are trying to do with your response. All the things you are writing today in your response are inaccurate, there is why you did not allow me to talk, that is why you were awaiting a public review so you would continue to just listening to yourself, your ego. Everyone has a bad day, you were just dismissal because you didn't like to hear that I found unacceptable after apparently all the things you are writing about us been negligent of our dog health, that your establishment confirmed another booking and took another deposit for that. All this, including your inappropriate customer relationship, could be avoided if you did what you did in a timely manner and not so lightly. Bottom line you do what you like with your business but don't think that you can take a commitment, change your mind and wash your hands when you did not have to commit in the first place. As you said, two side to each story. I believe your facility is great but I cannot accept that you as owner treated me like this, even if you have treated everyonelse great and even if you got everyone to give 5 stars. We can go on and on but again, the stress you placed on us and the way you think you want to end on top writing your reposnse it just leave me sad. Everyone can have a bed day, but no one obliged your team to confirm additional services even more if they had all this concerns, we would have understand as I would have expected that you understad that you should have part of responsibility if you change your mind and this creates discomfort to us. I also apologize if you felt the way you described, even if that is not accurate to me still that may be a perception to you, I apologize for the perception too. We are still in trouble with finding the right solution and this is not coming at the right time, I am just trying to go back to a sick 79 years old mother I left in an hospital oversees, and for the record, I could not take Chiqui as soon as I could have not because of my mom but because when I came back to Texas the AC at the house was down and I could not have him in 98F. I told that to your staff. My only way to feel peace now is to promise that no matter how wrong, untruth, inaccurate or bad looking for me your next response would be, I will remain silent because words are words but at the end is our consciousness we have to deal with. God bless you, your lovely...
Read moreOne of the rare, if not the only place, that accepts puppies before 6 months. We wanted a controlled environment to introduce our puppy and begin his socializing. This was the only place we could find that required the all important vaccinations. Not only does it feel like our Gyp is part of the family, but we do as well. We go to the Southpark Meadows location, and all the staff that we have met are friendly, professional, and make Gyp feel at home. One day after a little accident with our puppy, they called us immediately to let us know, followed up to make sure he was ok. It turned out to be just a little scratch, but it was amazing the level of communication and care we received. Our little puppy is so excited to go to Pups and Pals, he can hardly wait to get through the front door!
I have to say, Amanda at the Southpark Location has also been such a wonderful person to meet and trust with our puppy family member. I’ve seen her step up and help when pick up was busy. She was the one who called us the day of the accident, and made us feel confident he was in good hands. We are working on Gyp’s jumping up on people, but this morning’s drop off he didn’t jump on her. He jumped straight up, like he was on a pogo stick, he was so excited! He hadn’t seen her in over a week, and he clearly missed her. This is the kind of place Pups and Pals is, this is the environment this business creates, and we couldn’t be happier to...
Read moreOf all the doggy daycares I researched in Austin, I chose this one for many reasons. It’s close, their hours are perfect for both pick up and drop off, they do a pet evaluation with both a questionnaire to fill out and a day of daycare “tryouts”. They were honest in their feedback about my dogs who had never been to a doggy daycare before. Even though my dogs were accepted to return after the evaluation, they suggested that it might not be a good fit for my dogs to do on a frequent basis. I respect that they didn’t just tell me my dogs were fine so they could keep taking my money. I would recommend this place 100% to anyone looking for a fabulous place for their furry family member to spend the day or to board for a period of time. They also offer grooming services! They were so friendly and helpful with all my questions. Andrea is wonderful! They posted pictures of my dogs and all their new furry friends on their Facebook page so you can check up on them. They also sent a wonderful progress report midday so I knew how my dogs were doing there. Thanks for all your help and loving my dogs all day that they...
