Ordered a chicken avocado ranch around 9:45pm. The chicken and all the warm ingredients (mushrooms) were already pulled from the warmers and sitting on top of the counter since they were closing soon. I asked if it was still okay to order and they said it was fine. I got food poisoning from this meal. Up all night, horrible morning. Either bad lettuce or the chicken / mushrooms were sitting out too long. Love the place but lately the meat and rotten avocados is becoming concerning plus the wild rice is never cooked, it's literally rock hard. Why can't the rice be actually cooked? What a shame. Lesson is not to order when you see ingredients already pulled from the warming stations or they need better hygiene. Floor is always being mopped or wet have to tip toe around the place and not wipe out. Far too many problems home cooked meal is probably a safer bet than this place. Staff are friendly but my stomach is not.

Adding to this review. Gave the shroomami a shot last night and once again… sick the next day. Is your lettuce contaminated? Mushrooms? Why does this food make me sick lately? Unreal. Have to stay away at this point.

Your “contact us” section is just an ai chat bot that keeps looping in the same questions over and over again then leaves the chat.

Went in again hoping things had improved and yet again, food poisoning the next day. No matter how hard we try and keep coming back for convenience there is seriously something wrong at this location there is definitely a health and hygiene issue here y’all should get a manager or corporate out there and clean this place up.

My partner ordered the mushrooms instead of chicken, two bites in it was literally just soil and dirt.

In short: Not the easiest to order but totally worth the time and effort!

I heard about this place from a friend and decided to give it a try for lunch while I was running an errand in the area. Things to know: You may not be able to place an online order with a pickup time within the hour, so you must plan ahead. My first available time was about two hours away from when I went to place my order, which was not great since I was only in the area for a short amount of time and also hungry. There is NO call-in ordering at this time, you must order online or in store No commerical parking, and street parking is not easy unless you're lucky There is a handy texting service if you do not want to talk on the phone, which advised me it's better to place an online order the day before or morning of, which isn't the best for on-the-spot pickup or even hour before decisions. Sweetgreen is an absolute banger. They're one of my favorite healthy spots to eat at! They have a wide variety of different salads to choose from and honestly can't go wrong with most items here. There's one sauce that I don't like and it's the nuoc cham vinaigrette which I describe as tangy and sour. Other than that, I have high regards to everything else!

The one gripe I hear is the price and I justify it because the salads are a great filling portion plus the ingredients are fresh PLUS you can build your own salad so you get to have full autonomy over your own salad if you wish. Sometimes if I have chicken/meat at home already cooked, I'll just get a salad without meat and save a little $ and then add it at home, so that's one thing you could do to save on cost.
