DO NOT MOVE HERE! Unless you like your apartment getting up to 92 degrees, have the water constantly get shut off, and do not want to get email responses or calls back from management. Most poorly run place I have ever lived in.

I put in requests starting in May of 2020 due to issues with my AC, they FINALLY had a REAL technician come look at it in mid-July, since their maintenance clearly does not know what he is doing. They finally sent someone to fix it the day I was moving. I had to purchase a personal AC unit and move because no one came to fix my AC and it got up to 92 degrees in my apartment, 3 days in a row. Did they reimburse me for the AC I purchased? No, they just let me out of my lease early because they do not abide by the housing laws, good job Link Apartments!

A list of other issues... -The water was CONSTANTLY getting shut off, I went with out water for over 24 hours on one occasion and it went off at least 7 times total in the 10 month period that I lived there. -I had a horrible smell from under the sink, was it inspected? NO! A gap, the size of softball was simply filled in with foam. -microwave did not work properly and was supposedly ordered months ago -door did not have a metal bracket for months after maintenance supposedly ordered it (this is illegal to not have the door properly secured) -silverfish -maintenance came into my apartment without a mask MULTIPLE times in the middle of a pandemic -maintenance came into my apartment without shoes on once -maintenance brought in an uncontracted individual, so a stranger, into my apartment, also without a mask -I purchased a personal AC unit so I could actually sleep at night, my cat was afraid of it and ended up throwing up multiple times from the heat/stress. -I had a temporary AC unit put in when maintenance was "fixing" my AC once and it was "installed" with cardboard and tape with a HUGE gap at the top. With this temporary AC unit, I was not able to have anything else running in my living room or the power would go out (TV, lamp, toaster, etc.) -My most recent electric bill is over $200 because the AC was running, but not working, my previous two electric bills were also near...

MOVING HERE MAY BE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE YOU'LL EVER MAKE IN YOUR LIFE!

Unfortunately, I have been living here for 8 months and I am writing about what I have experienced so that no one else will experience it.

First of all, since there is no gate or security, you will constantly see homeless people inside, some even use the pool at 2 am, and when you warn them about the noise, they swear at you and threaten you. When I went to the leasing office regarding this issue, I learned that our cameras were not working. so we are not in safe here!

Before renting the house, Ambria tells you that there is a washing machine and dishwasher, but when you move in, you find that the machines don't work and are very old! When I went to Ambria about this issue, she said that they don't have to allocate the washing machine and dishwasher. But this is how you rent the house!? As a result, my dishwasher constantly leaks, I have to clean the floor and I have to do my laundry outside! There is only one maintenance and Luis is never on duty because he always feels bad and calls off and then never comes to inspect your machines!

And also there is a never-ending water pipe problem here and they cut off our water regularly, just like today. Unfortunately I couldn't take a shower today as well.

Ambria welcomes you at the leasing office with her uncare attitude (after renting the house, of course) she constantly lies and when cornered she says she's new in the industry and doesn't know much. Is this my problem ? When you go to Ambria about your complaint, she says that she cannot help and will not take responsibility and that she should ask her manager Rebecca. Itold her that I would like to contact Rebecca if she shares her number or e-mail address with me, because Ambria is not doing anything to solve our problems. And she said she wouldn't share her number or mail adress with me! I really don't understand why we can not contact rebecca??

I found salina online and asked her for help regarding my problems but she is not helping either.
