Firstly, I was not greeted when I came in the store. It was very awkward I approached the two lady’s at the counter and they didn’t say a word until I asked for help. I KNOW ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT HAIR and I made that very clear that I was relying on their guidance!!! I used a semi- permanent brown dye that turned my hair red brown I hate it so so much. I asked for a product that would remove the color and take away the red undertones. I spent $30 on two products and neither did what “they were supposed to” as a matter of fact my hair is way more red than before. Obviously this problem could be blamed on the products however it is the guidance I am unhappy about. She did not discuss different options with me she just selected the products and pretty much said these should get the job done. I asked several times “are sure” I even told her I was nervous because this was the first time I had dyed my hair etc.. I literally just spent an hour with chemicals in my hair that did not work but instead made my hair worse than before and damaged. If you can’t give good customer service such as simply greeting a customer coming into your store and if you can’t give even relatively decent guidance, you don’t deserve the job! So unhappy and disappointed. Worse $30 ever spent. I recommend YouTube over these...

I went to this store after it opened and the woman at the front desk, claiming to be the store manager, was incredibly rude and condescending as soon as I walked in. All I did was show up and she was rolling her eyes, muttering unkind words under her breath, and complaining about processing my returns because in her words she “JUST OPENED,” as if I wasn’t there during store hours and asking her to perform her job. She clearly has issues as this is the second time I’ve dealt with her terrible attitude, but if she dislikes her job so much I’d recommend she find another one; although, I wouldn’t be surprised if no one else would want to work with someone who has such problems regulating their emotions.

For reference, the “manager” in question was a blonde woman. According to other reviews I’m not the first person to have had such an encounter...

I was looking for the proper products to color my hair and I had an idea of what I needed but I wasn't entirely sure since I was trying to go completely white.

So I asked the clerk if she knew what I should get and she responded with "Bleach". I thought to myself "no sh**" and said where is that at (hoping I could figure it out by looking)?

She tells me where it is, I go to that part of the store, get the bleach, and I decide to google how to do it.

I find out I need toner, so I ask her again "What toner do I need" she points to the back wall and says those are the toners. I ask "Which one" she's says "The ones in the white bottle" I go to the back wall and to my surprise ALL of the toners were in white bottles.
