The Company that my fiancé got my ring from and the people who were there were awful disgraceful, and I will never go to them again... however , I just Recently moved down to Austin and after three months of having my brand new ring, two diamonds already fell out. I was able to find the DIAMOND RESERVE . They took my ring that same day I walked in to inquire about getting it fixed. . I didn’t have to pay anything upfront and in two weeks exactly like they said they got my ring back and it was beautiful, it was cleaned and they did an amazing job, securing all the diamonds and making sure everything was in place before returning it to me. Erin the lady I worked with was pleasant and interactive, and very personable with me, she made me feel secure and positive and safe to leave my ring with them to know that I was getting it back in better condition then I left it. From beginning to end-an AMAZING experience! My son began by emailing the Diamond Reserve late one evening. Before he even woke up the next day, they had already responded. They walked him through budgets, stone options, metal options, etc. He was very vague about what he wanted, but they asked such great questions that it helped him narrow things down more than he realized he could. The design options they presented him were WAY beyond expectations. The little details that they considered truly made the difference. The only difficult part of the whole process was making a final decision. The staff of the Diamond Reserve is truly outstanding. They are experts and give such great advice! They are professional and extremely responsive, and they really care about the individual story that the jewelry is telling. They also helped keep my son on the timeline track because he was struggling to make up his mind and they knew when he wanted to propose! I have never seen anyone love her ring the way my future daughter in law does. It is literally stunning. There is not a single thing that could have gone any better. Even if you have no knowledge of diamonds or jewelry in general-they don’t make you feel silly. You feel like you have an expert to guide you! If you need to stay within a certain budget, they will keep that top of mind. They don’t try to “bait and switch.” They create truly stunning customized pieces that stay within the price range you are comfortable. They ask really helpful questions so if there are details you haven’t thought of, they help you identify all the important things. They give great advice (such as how many prongs a ring should have and why, etc) but they also make sure they are always letting YOUR vision guide them.
