I have been in here maybe three or four times, and have purchased from here twice. I don't know if the employees are simply somewhat inured to tourists just walking in and leaving or something else..but the customer service here is close to non existent. I have yet to be greeted, or to have someone ask if I am looking for something: despite the fact that this last visit, I was quite clearly looking at clothing and shoes. A customer shouldn't have to call out an employee for help, when they are idle and standing around. I also was not thanked for my purchase after paying. The girl simply handed me my receipt. The clothes and accessories are alright here, but a little expensive. The employees and management should know better than to allow customers to be treated so...

First time on this place I was pleasantly surprised the customer service was very nice the lady that helped me was really nice and patience, she showed me the merchandise I was looking for, she told me about their sales going on that day and I was able to buy for me and my kids some good...
