i wish i could leave zero stars. the owner and his wife are absolutely wonderful people, but the sales associate they had working the counter when i came in was nothing short of atrocious. she was insanely disrespectful and discriminatory against me. as i was walking around, i knocked over a cheaply made shell accidentally. as i was bending over to grab it off the floor, she RAN over to me yelling “YOU PAY! YOU PAY!” she then took it from my hands and started ringing it out. it was like the best thing that’s ever happened in her sorry life. she’s been waiting for the day she’d be able to charge someone for breaking something by accident. after i paid for that overpriced crap, she was WATCHING ME as i walked around the store. i spent over $50 the day before in this same store, and had a wonderful conversation with the owners wife. im not going to break or steal this stuff, but apparently she thought i was going to. funny how im shopping there and she’s working there. i then asked to speak to the owner, and she told me he’s busy. i said id wait, and she gave me a snarky remark and told me i have to wait all day. i asked her to tell the owner a customer needs to speak with him, and had to remind her that it’s her job to handle customer complaints in a respectful manner, but she failed at that. i don’t know her name, but she was so disrespectful. i don’t understand how such a disgusting person can work in a store that is clearly cared for and valued by its owners. horrible...

Literally just walked out and couldn’t wait another minute to say how awful the customer service was from a particular employee. The older blonde lady helping us was sweet , the lady with dark short hair next her was incredibly unprofessional. She YELLED across half the room at my Mom because she didn’t like that my Mom was trying on earrings. Even if it’s against policy , despite there being no signs , there were better ways to address the situation. She could have come up and told her she cannot try them on. The cashier was so rude! As it was my turn to pay, she told me the minimum was 10 dollars. Since I had a 4 dollar item, I looked down to see the jewelry she had in the glass case to add it to my purchase. She rudely tapped the back of my head, as I was looking at jewelry, and pointed at the sign. Not only that, she didn’t even acknowledge me in a polite manner. REALLY BAD...
