Nautilus Semi-Submarine Dock — Attraction in Avalon

We booked for three at the kiosk (not the main kiosk) at 10:30 AM for 2:15 PM on the same day. The lady who booked us asked us to be at the main kiosk at 2:10 to get our tickets. At 2:10, we asked the representative at the main kiosk to check us in and print our tickets. Surprisingly, he said that we were already checked in. It took us 10 minutes to clarify the issue, and we noticed that they had made a mistake. The worst part was that when we entered the submarine, there were no seats available for us! The captain asked other passengers to give us seats, but my wife and I had to squeeze into one seat, and we didn’t enjoy the adventure at all. Finally, they just said sorry and didn’t offer us any refund. Next time, I will not book...

Brad and captain Clint were phenomenal! The experience was such a fun time, seeing the ocean floor and having schoola of fish swarm the sub is so unique, I'm not sure there are any other experiences on the island that can quite match this one. We got a lot of info about the fish and birds we were seeing under the water, and Brad kept the tour energetic and lively! We saw a school of barracuda on our tour, and there was also a sea turtle spotted on another previous one! I would definitely recommend buying the fish food, having two or three shots for each...
