I took my Sheltie to be bathed and nails cut. I explained to Dom who works there not to cut his coat or mane. His coat was cut so no outer coat that keeps him warm remains. All is 1 1/2 inches. . Philipi owner said no one did that and slammed the phone down. Tiffany also cut his mane. The outer coat can take a year to grow back. Shelties never get cold as they are from Shetland Islands and live in brutal cold climate. The vets since 1970 all said never cut a Shelties coat. The owner was the rudest person l ever filed a complaint with. Maybe not from here and does not know English manners. Dom assured me no neck collar and that is what she used. Good luck if you have a breed that needs short or shaved coat. I’m beyond upset. When I dropped him off his outer or top coat was 4 inches long. Now all is 1 1/2 inches. The part you trim is around back under tail. That is Not trimmed. Hair on bottom of feet not trimmed. Well I have had Shelties since 1970 and know their needs. Thank you...

I had given my poochon a grooming appointment there, and she came home with a 2inch abrasion. I had called two times (each time the customer service was awful - no one that I have talked to on the phone said "sorry about the incident" or "I'm sorry this happened to your dog") they said they would call the owner of the store and 4 hours later no call, we had to call the store again, and again no apology. They said it was our responsibility that this happened to our dog. I had reached out to the owner himself, and I received no apology, and no call back. I am beyond frustrated. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

This is the Abrasion, it has healed up by spending $45 on treatment and a cone for her. I'd rather spend $100 on a cut for my dog (like I used to) without any negligence than $45 with a $30 tip and $45 on treatments due to this. 9/22 - I took my 4 mo old Mini Goldendoodle to Earthwise for his first introductory puppy groom today. They trimmed his face, paws and potty area. Trimmed his nails. Cleaned his ears & washed/brushed him.

I was very happy with how he looked when I picked him up, and the staff was very friendly. The bandana was also a nice touch.

The store was clean & had lots of different treats, foods & other items for your dog.

I will be bringing him back once it is time to cut his adult coat.

Took my now 7mo old dog for another grooming, and Barbie did his cut this time. Such a huge difference. I barely recognized him!
