I am pleased to let the management and any potential customers learn about my experience with Greg at Peter & Co. Jewelers! I am a disabled, 78 year old Viet Nam Veteran and blessed to be alive considering my many service related injuries. I consider an employee's knowledge, professionalism and overall ability as vital components of a customer's satisfaction with a product or service, being provided. Not only was Greg excellent in all of those traits, his personal attention to detail and compassion were OUTSTANDING as well!! As a fairly successful business owner after Viet Nam, I am keenly aware of the competitive nature of any market to gather and then maintain customers. I will ONLY deal with Peter&Co. if I am considering any future jewelry purchase. His workmanship on my Rolex and his assistance in catering to my extra physical requirements were well worth the 68 mile 1 way trip to your store that I would gladly entertain again! You have a good company, with an excellent reputation, but GREG is your best reason to maintain me as a client. This was my first experience with Peter & Co. I took a Citizen watch in on May 13th to have the crystal replaced and the stem repaired. They told me it would be 5 weeks for parts that were on back order which I said was fine. Fast forward to July 30th (11 weeks) and no word so I stop in to possibly cancel the repair and get my watch back because it’s been way too long. Janet tells me the watch has been done for weeks but they “forgot” to call. She acts like she’s going to give me a discount as an apology and then doesn’t. I ask if they offer a military discount and she says yes but she has already rung me up so “next time”? I told her there won’t be a next time. You never get a second chance to make a first impression and that discount could have salvaged the transaction a bit. Instead, it taught me a lesson and too bad really because I have a big collection of watches. On a side note, the watch was repaired to my liking.

It started with my desire to have a new watch sized properly. My husband and I also took a few more "dead" watches to be checked for life. (We've had far too many bad experiences with shopping mall clerks destroying the backs of watches trying to replace batteries.) We thought we would need to leave them and pick them up at a later date...if they could even be fixed. Madison greeted us warmly and reviewed what each watch needed. She took them back to the watch repair person, returned and provided my husband with a cup of coffee. Before he could finish it we were presented with our 6 watches. Two were resized, five simply needed batteries. All were running smoothly! We were delighted! And, even lthough we were only getting batteries and band sizing (at quite reasonable prices), we were treated as if we were buying the Hope Diamond! While waiting we also had the chance to browse the cases...quite a few things I'll be putting on my wish list or getting for gifts. We highly recommend Peter and Co.Jewelers and a special shout out to Madison and the watch...
