I'm so happy to have found this restaurant because good Chinese restaurants seemed to have been on the decline for the past few years. We've ordered a variety of dishes and appetizers for our last few takeout orders and everything is fresh and you can see that it's made with care and that the cook takes pride in presentation. The fried food isn't greasy and it tastes like they use fresh oil. The dumplings and egg rolls are awesome and both the fried rice and steamed rice are made perfectly. Tried this place the first time today and I was very very disappointed. Do not order house special chowmein. They don’t know how to make it AT ALL. It is very misleading. It’s not real house chowmein. I was expecting my house chowmein to have noodles in it but I got some crispy noodle chips. Even Panda Express knows that chowmein has real noodles in it and not a bag of chips. Beef with peppers and onions were too sweet and too salty. Will never come back!...
