Very sad what happened to this gym. When the manager Stefan ran the place it was fantastic. After he left in December of 2024 it went downhill so fast. I went through 3 personal trainers in 3 weeks (they kept quitting) and I had to call other gyms to find anyone to help me get set up with a new PT, eventually having to go to another gym to get my previously paid for sessions honored. Sounds like the owner is a real nightmare to work for and can’t keep staff. As I waited out my contract to end the gym was almost never staffed. Bathrooms dirty constantly. No hot water or water pressure in the bathroom sinks. Music always off. Heat left on even on hot days. Door broken multiple times, denying members access. I could go on and on. Joe and Kameron work hard to make you feel like a person who matters rather than a walking wallet building their business. I am thankful for the relationship building and personalization that are so evident in how this gym does business. It’s sad to see what has happened to this place over the last year. The only positive reviews of this place are from a year ago+ when Stefan was managing. There is rarely toilet paper and the bathrooms are never clean. The turf is usually covered in dirt and debris and there is not anything to wipe down the machines after using them. The heat is left on during hot days despite many emails to management. Key fabs often don’t work and no one is ever there to fix them.
