Just have to copy my Yelp... This review is only related to Adam and only the morning shift... I have gone there in the afternoon and yes sometimes I've seen anyone at starbucks grind their teeth when a herd of middle schoolers come in about 3. I would too, and I'm amazed as to how Jasmine and Nicky can be chill at those times...

How can you mess up my order Adam after this long? Bro...

My order... that you have taken at least 100 times... and have screwed it up at least 50... After the 4th time in as many days as I have seen you in a week you did it again.. 4 times. It is time for the review... Are you triggered that I don't say Grande? Because if it makes you feel better you are a 'venti' jerk most the time in the mornings.

I order "a medium coffee, with cream".... those are my words... EVERY SINGLE TIME. For your ENTIRE employment. It's not like I look like anyone else.... The ONLY time the order is done right is when Nicky hands you the half and half just by seeing I'm there or hearing me. Gosh gone are the days and it's ok of what blend I want... I will tell you.. bro if I don't see her little Mazda in the parking I turn around most the time.... this is not a joke.... if I'm really itching though I'm like there's a 50/50 I'll see Jasmine... then... if I don't, I'm like 50/50 to deal with your personality of the day or get something to make at home... But most times I can determine what will happen while seeing you interact with the people before me...

This is not normal man. Lastly, just for some visualization... when I worked in my 20's starting in corporate america... I'd get coffee every single day from this donut place. Coffee and two chocolate covered. Adam... please please listen to me.... they would ask how I wanted my coffee, I would look at my pants knowing I was going to spill it... I'd order my coffee different with cream levels EACH DAY based on what I was wearing... I would roll up on the drive through.. they would ask what pants I'm wearing...

Stop serving coffee or take it seriously. I don't think you know how important morning customer service is. I've had a pretty terrible 2 weeks and you've made it...

This has been our grocery store for the past 15 years. We have gone through a few "renovations" in the past, which basically moved aisles around. Kind of a pain, but figured aisle out fast enough. New renovations taking place now are HORRIBLE!! Trying to become a Heines that they are not! Store hasn't added any space sq footage, but yet they added a Starbucks with sitting area(happy about that but seating area isn't needed), wine/liquor department is much bigger, adding a wine tasting area, food court area bigger with seating, floral department much smaller, bakery shoved in a corner & much smaller, deli seems the same (not carrying high quality meats like boarshead for upscale feel they are going for), aisles seem wider. So with all the new additions and some areas made bigger, what's changed to make room for this stuff....Less selection then previously carried, seem to have less inventory of items they do carry, so items out of stock often!! Salad bar, use to not be to bad. Now it looks terrible every time I've gone to get it! Wilted lettuce, dried out grilled chicken, not worried about freshness here!! If your going to TRY to be an upscale grocery store, quality matters!!! For better overall quality, looks like I'll make the trip to Heines over this Giant Eagle!! Only thing that's going to keep the business alive here is Starbucks and pharmacy!! If a Marc's and butcher shop with great deli meat came to that plaza it would put Giant Eagle out of business!! Why mess with what's worked for 15 years! It's going to hurt the store big time! Especially if/when a new grocery store goes in over the tracks in Avon on Lear! This will only be my grocery store to pick up a few last minute items from now on as well as...

I use My friendly Giant Eagle Pharmacy for all my prescription needs . The Pharmacist & Staff are very professional & friendly. In fact I am going there tomorrow for my flu shot, and my Moderna Booster 💉 ouch 🤕🤞😓

We even have a StarBucks inside our Giant Eagle ☕️

I have been a loyal customer of Giant Eagle , SquirrelHill , Pittsburg , PA , since our UPMC days in the late 1980’s . Our only son was born @ Magee Womens Hospital in Pittsburg . Since then Giant Eagle was always there for our midnight grocery & diaper runs , cakes , breakfast muffins and everything in between … 💗
