Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Avon Lake

Do yourself a favor and order from another pizzeria. Ordered pizza, pasta, dessert, and drinks for delivery. about a week and half ago. Order shows up without the drinks--driver knows nothing about it. Meanwhile, it's been charged to my credit card, so I call the store. "We're so sorry, we'll get it right out to you." 40 minutes later the drinks finally arrive. Right away does not equal 40 minutes. To my mind, if they knew it was going to take that long, they should have offered to refund the cost of the drinks to my credit card--we could have gone and gotten soda in less than 40 minutes! Complained and corporate offered a credit to be used on next order from that location--just tried to use it--can't get through to them, so I have to GO THERE to use it according to corporate--which is NOT what I was told when...

Due to an online ordering issue (with Pizza Hut Corp) my 3 separate orders went to one location instead of 3. I called and spoke to the manager of this location, Lindsay, who apologized and quickly worked to resolve this issue and get the food delivered as soon as possible. I have had this issue with other Pizza Huts in the area (cough, Lorain, Cough) and the manager there did not care. Lindsay is the reason I continue to place orders at various Pizza Huts near my businesses. Her empathy with my situation and desire to quickly make it right are what makes any restaurant successful. I order from here all the time, never specify a specific crust, when I pick up my 2 large pizzas and take them home, it’s a crust with no seasoning, seems like a flat crust. I call the location and the girl told me “you didn’t specify what crust you wanted so you got what we made”. Could have offered for me to at least drive back up and trade for the pizzas I NORMALLY RECEIVE, but she didn’t care. Little caesars tastes better than this.
