Taco Bell — Restaurant in Avondale

If i could i would hive 1star horrible customer service not what i expected at all. The gal with short hair blondish orange on top had the worst attitude was talking over the other girl who was originally helping when i was placing my order she said “look at the screen is it right ok your total is pull forward” so short like i mentioned talking over not allowing me to finish my order kept asking is that it. When i pulled up to the window it was horrible experience there was the 2 gals at the window the shorter girl was at the register the taller one with the orangy blonde hair was at the window she was giving so much attitude, handed my bag and said “ok thats it oh no thats it” like very rude definitely needs to work on her customer service! If you cant handle customer or know how to treat them get out of the kitchen its not for you! Dont be rude to people that done...

I wouldn't call this a decent " fast food" I just left after ordering my children 2 things. We NEVER eat fast food, but them being in middle school almost high-school, we thought ONE reward since all their friends discussed it. Being a NP I make everything from scratch, but I thought just once, let them see the difference. First off, I went to drive through after a 14-hour shift.. staff was so darn RUDE, asking me to repeat the order 3 times..when I did complete the order, we heard snickering. Pull up to window, and the man handing us food is coughing up a storm on the food, congested, no mask( understandable) yet working.. and disrespectful discussions with his " fellow" coworkers. he refused to take my order becuase I came at the last min. If your to lazy to cook food becusse you want to go home quick then find a new job. And after ignoring me when I was trying to talk to them and call them they didn't reply to me or answer my call until it was after 12 so he could say that there closed.
