The cashier charged me $94.03 on my card and gave me my money back in cash, but continuously blamed me for "pressing the buttons and doing it wrong" although she was the one charging my account. She gave me and my daughter our drinks before asking for $2 in a tip, and we payed it. Me and my daughter stepped out to go to a different store then returned back to my car, the cashier was there and called me into the store, i figured she was going to apologize for the mix up, but no. She said her daughter returned the money to my account, I checked it, it was not there, my daughter tried to pull me out of the store, just for the cashier to try and lock us in her store saying that I needed to pay her $30 more dollars because her daughter "supposedly" gave me the money back. Like I said, it wasn't in my account, so I made sure we unlocked that door and LEFT. And while trying to leave she proceeded to grab my arm and pull me away, screaming at me. Literally the worst place ever. Do. Not. Go. Not only was this service horrible, so we're the drinks, my Thai is tasteless, and my daughters tastes absolutely disgusting, she was GAGGING whilst...
Read moreNot trying to be libel about this boba shop, but as someone who helped out with this shop in the past, the owner of the shop is very unhygienic on just about everything. She washes dishes where you would get mop water (not the sink). There was rats that eats the inventory. Disorganization of products. Ants crawling from stain to stain. I was surprised to find no roaches. But basically, the whole place was very messy and uncleaned. Dishes weren't properly washed. She had her own personal food in the fridge and outside the shelves with molds and fruit flies. The only thing good going for her is that her drinks are okay and it caters to people who don't like strong tea, basically. If you are a person that likes strong tea, this place isn't for you.
Long story short, 1.) You do not want to work here and 2.) I highly recommend customers searching another boba shop like Teacup or Bomboba. Recently, there is a boba shop that opens called Puer Taiwan Tea and Coffee, I recommend there as it's not far away from this boba shop. My point is, I'd steer away from here and look else where if you don't want...
Read moreI'm really picky about boba and since i have moved to this area i have not been very satisfied with some of the boba places i have tried. I was really impressed, I ordered the Okinawa Milk Tea and my husband got the Tiger Sugar Milk Tea with no boba (he doesn't care for boba because of texture) which he loved and he is not a fan of Milk Teas. I loved the boba, it wasn't super sweet and the tea was perfect, wasn't brewed for too long so there was no bitterness like some places I've had. The menu wasn't overwhelming and easy to follow, some places make it way to complicated. Although the lady working was a little hard to understand she made sure my order was right since one drink was without boba, and it IS a boba shop. She was also very happy and welcoming when i walked in and made the drink within a couple of minutes. Place was clean and tidy, very nice atmosphere. Will definitely be going back and excited to try the...
