I had an issue with getting an out of state ex called in since I have homes in AZ and in Florida I didn't see the issue. But the awesome staff there worked it all out and let me fill it one last time. I'm sticking with my Pshychiatrist in Florida, and I just have him call to Walgreens or CVS for my efile rx's. So jo big deal. I fill everything else at Fry's and they are excellent. Nice, knowledgeable about every question you could have, pretty prompt, and I just overall like all of them. There are two pharmacists that are excellent and always busy, but they will take time to answer your questions, and the women that are the techs there are so sweet and nice. I wish they would let me fill my Florida rx there since I still have my residency in both Florida and Arizona, and I don't think it's a legal issue because Walgreens, CVS, Sam's Club, and Walmart will fill them. I'll try to ask again because I love giving my business there. But it iant a deal breaker! Thanks guys! You all...

I called in to check on my inhaler albuterol, some man said “yeah every time we try to run it your insurance sends it back an says to use your primary, informed the person I haven’t had that insurance in over 6 months, an it doesn’t show on my United Health Care account. He said well call the insurance a tell them to call us.” So I had to wait on hold for 20 mins, just to then again wait another two hours because they went to lunch an the rep said she’d call them immediately an get everything started! An it’s just irritating I had to call my insurance just to have them call a walk you through your job because you don’t know how to take the old insurance off file?. Send everyone back to basic training and the management needs to be retrained.. an not to mention no one ever called me, when the medication originally didn’t go through not a text...
Read moreI am going out of town for a trip to see my mother who is having complications with her cancer. I spoke with my doctor and arranged for my medication to be available for early pick up. I spoke with the pharmacist the day it’s supposed to be filled and they refused to fill my prescriptions. That I should have my doctor call in my prescription to the state I’m traveling to for pick up on the date it was due. Even though the quantity and frequency I am to take my medication was changed along with a note on the script stating the date the pharmacy should fill the script. They are blatantly disregarding my doctor’s management of my care. When I stated this to the pharmacist she said she didn’t care that your pharmacist at this location has the discretion to refuse to fill medications if she would like to. I will be transferring my care due to...
