
My 2nd experience and I am not going back. I called in advance and made an appointment with the lady who did my nails the first time. I got there about two minutes before they opened on a Saturday and I was let in which was nice. I was the only person there. The man told me the nail technician would be with me soon as she was on her way. About 5min go by and he sat me with a completely different lady, I have no idea why nor did I complain. She actually talked me into getting my finger nails dipped instead of a normal gel manicure, she was very nice and gentle with my pedicure. I assumed she would be the one to do my nails but she wasn't. I was passed off to a different person who did my finger nails and he was nice as well but they got very busy from the time I came in to the time I finished my pedicure. He rushed which caused him to nip my cuticles a few times with the nail tool they use to file them down. It stung! The dip was $40 and for that price I expected him to take his time and definitely not hurt me! I was then passed off to the manager after he was done so he could move onto the next customer. She painted my nails with gel color (they did not have a lot of color selection for their dips). She was completely frazzled, totally overwhelmed and just all over the place. Like I said they were very busy so it was very hard for her to stay focused on my fingernails and once again I was very disappointed especially because of the amount of money I spent to get them done. I have no idea why but when I went in for my eyebrow wax it was the manager who walked in to them. I knew in my gut I should have walked out but I stayed. After having a brief conversation with her regarding the appointment that I had and how I was sat with someone else she then realized that they had made a mistake and she apologized. The apology came after she accused me of arriving late and that was the reason why I didn't sit with the lady I scheduled an appointment with. She was a bit rude through out painting my nails and she was also a bit rude with her apology but I brushed it off. She rushed through my eyebrows and thank God I had nowhere special to be that weekend! My eyebrows were completely jacked. I even had small cuts underneath my eyebrows from the tweezing as she kept snatching my skin with the tweezers as she was in such a hurry to get to other customers. My FIRST experience was nice which is why I decided to come back to the same lady, however they lost me as a customer on the second visit. Looking at the pictures, would you truly say this was done at a professional level? I wouldnât.
The videos and pictures speak for itself regarding the service. I got home and had to redo my feet (the whole point of going was that I am very pregnant and can barely reach it.. even if I wasnât though, Iâm not asking much for a nice professional final look am I?) and it still looks better than his work that didnât even clean up the extra polish on the sides or do an extra layer so it wouldnât show the streaks and look so uneven!
A full set without the basic manicure (Iâm not talking scrubs or massage.. Iâm talking basic cuticle before doing a set thatâll be there for 2+ weeks..) and a (not basic) pedicure without foot massage.. huh? I was seen by Tony, who didnât speak a word the entire hour and a half + of my mani+pedi. I am 9 months pregnant and was expecting this to be a nice relaxing experience before my big day but it wasnât, I didnât feel very welcome by him. I told him that my mani set was thick and crooked/thicker on one side and he barely touched it to fix it. Only one staff member was very friendly and helped me out of the pedi chair and offered water after I was there over 1,5hrs.
Between mani/pedi I was standing in front of the bathroom waiting to use it (a staff member was stocking the cabinets inside) when he loudly shouted across the salon that I should go sit there for the pedi. Like yeah I know, but knowing he was still setting up couldnât he just wait a few mins? He saw me there. Or ask the staff for me to use it super quickly? Only got offered a hand lotion and oil on the way out. Not after my service which wouldâve been nice since I still stayed for an hour for the pedicure.
Overall I wonât be coming back and wouldnât recommend. $100 for my toes to look like that, not professional at all? Nails uneven? Cuticles all over? No foot massage (that was included in the price)?...
   Read moreThis is the WORST PLACE TO GO. HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went in to get acrylic nails. I usually do my own nails but I wanted to be pampered because Iâm 3 months pregnant and felt like doing something nice for myself. I knew what length and shape I wanted. âBobâ was my nail tech. Apparently he had his own agenda on what he wanted my nails to look like because when I asked him to make my nails a little bit thicker (because I know my lifestyle and how rough I am with my nails) I canât have paper thin nails they will break! Well because I asked for thicker nails Bob lost it. He said they wonât look natural and then proceeded to yell at me saying âwhy didnât you tell me!â âIf you want it thicker then I make it thicker!â Then started yelling in a different language. I at this point just wanted to leave but he had already started so I just wanted him to finish and be done with it. He kept yelling and wanting me to respond to him. I told him I need to be quiet because he had made me so uncomfortable and flustered. I began to cry. He told me to get out. Then this other lady to comfort me and try and see what was happening and I kept telling her that I just want to have what he did removed so that I can leave. She kept saying that I needed to go to her other salon and that it would be too painful to remove. Extremely upset and uncomfortable I just left and cried in the parking lot. DONT EVER COME TO THIS SALON! I ended up having to go to the other salon for them to remove the horrible job Bob did. And I wasnât painful at all. When I called my husband to tell him what happened the salon refused to talk to him and kept hanging up the phone. They are extremely unprofessional people.
