This place is pretty new. It seems that a family runs the place. The place is a bit small but enough space for you to sit and sit away from anyone else. The staff speak both English and Spanish. Everytime I have walked in here, the staff greets me with a hello. The place is very clean and the cooking area and place where they store ingredients are also very clean. They sell tortas, ice cream, raspados, and other types of Mexican novelty snacks made to order. The prices are pretty reasonable here.
I have come here specifically for the raspados, tamarindo raspados that is. I think I paid about 4.99 for a medium sized raspado, which is pretty big. They used quality tasting, real tamarindo flavoring and even include pieces of tamarindo. I wish I could have provided a photo of it.
