This is the worst Panda Express ever...The amount of times I asked for Broccoli beef and they just put 3 Particles of broccoli astonishes me, they 100% should change it from “broccoli beef” to “3 broccoli pieces and grease” I am embarrassed at how many times they under served me and my family. I will not recommend this location EVER to anyone. If you want to eat 3 grains of rice and a little slice of an entree of your choosing then THIS is the place to go, I will in fact warn all of my friends and family and even random people about this location, might as well ask the homeless for food if you want to actually eat a good portion. It’s like they try to underserve you through the drive through; because you can’t see them serve you. this location is taking advantage of its customers, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they threw all the extra food into the dumpsters, it’s the lack of food for me❤️, I don’t think this location should stand anymore, I’d like a chick-fil-a instead. Anyways, This location always under serves and always will. I will continue to bring this location down with my reviews until they give what they get, it’s expensive and Id say the price of the food they serve and how much they serve should probably be around 50 cents and that’s WITH taxes. I am not surprised at all that a big chain restaurant like this treats everyone like peasants looking for scraps, this is only the begging of my reviews I will continue to write reviews until the...
Read moreHello Panda Express Executives:
I am starting to feel like I am having a discriminatory service at this location.
I placed my order at approximately 9:20 PM this evening and based on my experience at your location and your drive-thru: my food on a couple of occasions, has been cold, incomplete, or completely wrong to begin with. Kindly, ask for you to check your cameras and the verbiage from your manager (completely unprofessional on her end ) and myself, merely to address my concern with my order before I left.
So before driving off I checked my order and noticed it looked like SLOP then I tasted it ...it and tasted COLD, so I addressed my concern with the manager and she then began to bring up my fat brother and asked me if I didn't like the service nor the food for us to go somewhere else. What is crazy is that she, the manager, admitted to me when I was in the drive-thru that she flipped my to-go order plate by mistake yet instead of using customer service to address my concern she started to make me feel like my money was worthless at your location, especially at a time when I'm coming home from a very hard days work and all I want is a hot meal!
Your manager did not like it when I addressed her the sloppiness I received...that I paid with my hard-earned money. She then began to say other stuff that was not Customer Service like.
Is this how Panda Express addresses food complaints::(
This slop is not even what I...

Our recent experience at a Panda Express location highlighted an opportunity for greater understanding and inclusivity when interacting with children on the autism spectrum. My kids, who attend a specialized autism school, earned reward cards through the Read with Me Program—a valuable initiative promoting literacy in Arizona, where elementary reading levels are critically low.
During an outing with their respite provider, a manager directly questioned my children about why they had several cards and what school they attended, rather than speaking to the adult with them. This left my children upset, feeling as though they had broken a rule, despite their rightful use of the rewards they earned through hard work.
When I followed up, the manager, while courteous, expressed skepticism and conflated the program with unrelated school fundraisers, declining my offer to connect her with the school for clarification. Although she ultimately accepted the cards as a courtesy, the incident caused my children to lose confidence in using their rewards.
I encourage Panda Express to provide staff with autism-awareness training and clear guidelines for reward programs to avoid similar situations in the future. We value their commitment to literacy programs and hope this can serve as a moment to grow in inclusivity and...
