It’s extremely bad. I’ve definitely been treated better. I will make this short and sweet myself, and my grandson and a girlfriend went in there. I kept my grandson between myself and my girlfriend I was always making sure my grandson wasn’t touching anything he was being on his best behavior. He was literally between us the whole time and I’m talking maybe 4 feet between us. We were there for about 35 minutes in my bag was getting for random lady who works there comes over and says can you make sure you watch your child? I was confused because he was never on his side. He was between us too and I felt myself begin to feel some type of way. It’s a racial term or African urban. Whatever you wanna call it a language anyway I said you know what I don’t even want anything and I’m the type of person I don’t even really look at the prices when I go and I’m not I’m not flexing I just buy stuff and if it comes to a couple of hundred it’s OK and it was raining until about maybe $75 at this point and I said you know what I begin to think not once did this lady say can I help you my basket for Boss she come over to say something to me about an issue I was already doing well. I begin to tell her you don’t have to say nothing to me I’m already on top of that. She just wanted to say some thing else at that time I don’t want nothing out of It. and as I was leaving, she kept walking behind me and he’ll come another. I guess acquaintance or who works there she was kind of neutral, but I’ll tell you she kept falling behind me and I begin to get eat it like I said, and I told her I said you know what you don’t even like us and us know who we are but yet you sell to us I hope one day us king king build a franchise to where we don’t need nothing that y’all have because you treat us like we’re criminals you believe that the hype that you see on TV and I said and I’m like I need to tell them I repeated myself over and over but I’m already watching so she just wanted to come off and have something to say because we were who we were, and that’s that I would never go back to that store...

i’ve been coming to this store Since when they first opened when Andy was the owner Andy was very kind and friendly made u feel welcomed and the people that worked along him were also friendly and kind when he worked inside the store. I’m not sure if he’s still the manager or not because i never see him anymore and i do know he has a store in L.A.Andy would be upset if he is still the owner to hear how rude these new people are and how uncomfortable they make u feel with the racial profiling it’s so close to my house which is why i tried to ignore it .Ive only tried to return something maybe 3 times out of all the years ive been coming here once when Andy was around and twice since the new people have been there ,with Andy it was not a problem no refunds but u could get credit to use the next time u shopped.with these new people they will treat u like u stole the item then tried to return it or treat u as if u wore the item and tried to bring it back weeks later ive had several bad experiences but ill stick to this one.I bought a $8.99 halo cap yesterday that was too small did not wear it it actually stayed in my car found another one at a different store that worked out. Just left trying to return the one i got from them with the receipt in hand everything still in package the lady and guy at the front started smelling it staring at the package for about five minutes looking at every inch of the cap from top to bottom even turning it inside out RIDICULOUS so then the whole staff is coming up towards the register staring at me making a scene as if I committed a crime it was clearly still brand new and they told me they had to call their boss speaking in a different language I could not understand just to tell me that they could not do it because they could not resale it .I told the one short Asian lady that i’m a Loyal customer and every time I’ve had to bring something back this is what they do and I will no longer be returning there to spend my money.The guy was mean mugging me and the lady just Stared as I walked off. Stop shopping...

I’m disappointed to share this … because it’s the closest hair store I can reach at the moment and live close by wanted to see if I like it and save trips and honestly … this store made me sooooooooooooo madddddd uncomfortable when I say uncomfortable I felt the watch vibe it was soooooo thick in the air everyone was quiet at the register it’s like yea I see yall had lots of theft going on but why make it noticeable and make your customers uncomfortable to shop ? Thats what you have cameras for and security… little Asian little skinny lady walking pass looking through the wall spaces and it’s like I was off work first day I’m always rushing with my job so I wanna take my time had no kids with me shopping I couldn’t even relax felt more I stayed I was getting watched made me feel I had to know what I want buy it and go they made me feel soooooooo uncomfortable and I will never return there i will stick to my 15 min drives to other hair store and I could bring up an incident when I was on my way out … but it’s ok it’s not even worth it that’s what kinda made me...
