Went to look for a birthday present. Was helped by a woman and then when she needed questions answered she brought in an older man. She was pleasant and helpful, he was short and seemed like I was wasting his time, which was funny since the store was empty. I found an imperfection in the ring to which with his jeweler's loupe or magnifying camera, he couldn't find. Maybe he didn't want to admit it but it was plain as day to me. Instead he suggested I drive back to where I came from 2 + hours away to see their selection. If you don't have a whole lot of customers you'd think the service would be better. When we go in to Zales every 6-8 months for cleaning, polishing and tightening the stones, most of the employees can never find our information in their computers, Phone numbers nothing. Except for Lupe Campos, who has worked there for I don't know how long but he has always been our lifesaver and gets it done, no matter how long it takes. He is a true professional at service work and he doesn't realize what a pleasure it is to deal with him. I won't even go into the store unless he is working....
