I receive service from Deedee once every two weeks. However, first, let me address the cleanliness and posture of the stylists within the establishment. Despite the state maintaining a relaxed posture as it pertains to COVID currently, the staff still wears masks and sanitizes the space that customers touch after each client leaves. Additionally, the staff is constantly sweeping and cleaning the location and has hand sanitizers and masks available in various locations of the establishment for customers to use at their leisure.

Moreover, the staff is friendly, professional, and demonstrate competency and mastery of their skill sets; I have never seen and/or heard of a client being dissatisfied with a haircut and/or hairstyle. In fact this shop came highly recommended from a coworker. I have witnessed women receive sew-in’s, braids, and/or get their hair simply pressed; and yes they take care of the baby hairs also. Each time, I see women leave with smiles.

As it pertains to the hair cuts, Deedee literally will give you a flawless cut and style. If that isn’t enough, she will retwist your locs, provide comb twists, and/or practically whatever you want. I also appreciate how the staff respects clients time and schedules and are prompt when it comes to the scheduling of appointments. You don’t have to worry about any “antics” taking place in this establishment because that isn’t how things are done here. Additionally, I’ve noticed that the facility is well lit, with multiple cameras through the facility to ensure a safe environment.

Deedi the owner is AMAZING! She performed a miracle on my distressed locs and hair color during my recent trip to Bakersfield.
