This store was actually my favorite daily stop. Where I would stop frequently daily. I would purchase my fuel weekly for my mobile business. I would stop in between appointments to get my food and beverage. They started strong first two weeks of the store opening. But in time I had to stop coming in between appointments and on lunch because the food service had no sense of urgency. But I still visit for the most part, because the employees I dealt with regularly were pleasant and very welcoming. But like with all things, it's not how you start, it's how you finish. All my years as a consumer I have never felt so belittled, unappreciated and discriminated against. I never knew speaking up about proper food handling would lead to being called a lair and a trouble maker, or even having to watch over my shoulder away from the establishment because an 19 yrs old employee couldn't take polite productive criticism before handling mine and others food after touching her nose and mouth with her gloves. Who decided to rudely take my method of payment then refuse to serve me because I felt some type of way about the treatment she gave me. And yes I became irate after I was rudely treated. This carried out where I had to speak to management 3 times because a grudge was held by the employee and spilled over to a couple other employees being bias. Second time the owner daughter gave me a false sense of security to keep me coming back when I called and said I will no longer return explaining why. Saying she value me being a regular in their establishment and if it happens again she will terminate, ( her words) so I return unfortunately having to Talk to the owner the 3rd time on another occasion he said he saw nothing on the camera and he saw me as trouble maker on camera. And to add insult to Injury after basically saying I'm a liar, he still wanted me to continue to spend my money at his store. NEVER!! No matter how convenient this establishment may be on my route I will never stop there in my life. As if I have time to stop operating my business to come back and forth to make sure it's been handled to make up a story about poor food handling and bad customer service. Along with not even feeling welcome certain employees anymore. Again it's not how you start it's how you finish. And it has finished last from my personal experience. I see no diversity in the business. So it can also be because of my ethnicity that this all was taking lightly and so rude. And not being that typical undignified one that except this kind a treatment. Hopefully for others this way of handling poor customer service will be done better. Read moreI called 2 hours in advance to place an order of 12 pieces of chicken to be picked up at 6pm. I arrived at 5:58pm just to be told that my order was just sold because they didn't know if I would show up. When I called in to place my order I asked if they needed me to pay for it up front but they said no. They had a very INDIFFERENT attitude with no offer of an apology other than to ask me if I wanted to wait 20 minutes for them to make another order. Very poor attitude!!
