i enrolled in the medical assistant program the experience i had here was very displeasing and disturbing to say the least the level of "education" i received here was substandard and certainly not worth $14,000 when the class room and the material/equipment was outdated in short supply and did not even work most of the time the lab work we did was a joke we only had an hour each day of hands on training in a five hour day and the rest was book work to which we did not even go over as a class we had to do most of it on our own when ever we needed books to borrow for our work both the instructor and the director told us we had to stay after class to use it because they did not lend out the books it took them months to disburse my student loan and only received the final amount after i graduated which i did not sign up for nor dose my paperwork reflect that the financial aid officer by the name of Amy was very rude and disrespectful to me and is to other students and they cant even get my RMA exam set because they cant get finances straight but yet my paperwork states that my tuition and loans already paid for it i brought several issues and complaints to the director and to corporate only to be given one excuse and lie after another and then flat out be ignored i have pictures of holes in the ceiling and notes of where electrical outlets do not work and yet the director has yet to fix any of it they offer little to no assistance in job placement at all, all of the "help" i have received is nothing less of what i have been doing on my own merit and it has been over a month since i graduated and still no job i am now forced to look for work outside my new profession because of this i did not go to school to end up back in the oil fields at a temp agency or fast food restaurant i went to school for a carrier not excuses i do not recommend these facility's what so ever and seriously hope that this review will serve to enlighten potential students of the issues of this school staff and overall quality of the education they provide before they sign up because i do believe the students currently attending deserve better they what are paying for and for the students who graduated i believe we are owed more than what we...

June2025 Currently going to school here. I love my teacher and other teachers I’ve met, specifically, Miss Monica, Miss Garnett and Miss Jade. They answer my question with enthusiasm as well as guid me in the right direction. We got a new director ms Kristen who has amazing leadership skills with a kind soul. The admissions was super easy with help from Ashely Sarmiento. I would strongly recommend if you have self-discipline and have aspirations in this field, To come to the school. 10/10 recommend

I have completed phase one of my school, and it is now August 2025. Throughout my experience, I have had the pleasure of interacting with exceptional teachers, including those who were not directly assigned to me. These educators have been more than willing to share their knowledge and answer my questions, providing invaluable e encouragement and insight. I would like to extend my gratitude to Miss Monica, my phase one teacher, who demonstrated remarkable patience and shared a vast amount of knowledge with our class. Her dedication to our success was evident in the large binder of notes she provided. When faced with unfamiliar topics, she sought out specialized experts, arranging live demonstrations to enhance our learning experience. I would also like to acknowledge Mr. Edwin, the nail technician teacher, for his willingness to answer my questions, regardless of how trivial they may have seemed. Thank you, Sam for always allowing me to show you my work and give me critiques or ideas on how to complete my vision. Additionally, I appreciate the support provided by Edwin and Sonia in the dispensary, who are the heart of the the salon and school and help in facilitating our educational experience. I am eager to begin phase two and appreciate the live demonstrations provided by Miss Rebecca. Also mr. Eli and Miss Jade for always encouraging to think outside the box. Furthermore, I would like to recognize the educational leaders, Mr. Leonard and Miss Garnett, for their guidance and assistance. I just graduated my program for Massage Therpay! It has been such a transformative journey and I would absolutely do it all over again. My main instructor Nicole and I have formed a wonderful professional relationship over the course of this program. I value the dedication and level of commitment and passion she has poured into her role as an instructor and massage therapist. I have recieved so many compliments on my sequence as far as even how she teaches us to start the massage in a supine position- basically that means that we will begin with your face. Hygienically it makes so much sense and it also just FEELS RIGHT! I share that because details matter, expertise in areas of client comfort and overall experiences really will play a huge roll in how you set yourself apart as a therapist. She has taught us to show up with 100% passion, knowledge, and commitment to what it means to be a healer and what it means to be a therapist in the realm of massage. Time management is big for all of us, I appreciate that she does NOT MISS, like at all! That's important to get consistent and reliable teaching in this course.

I also want to share that my Campus Supervisor, Juan Carlos is phenomenal at what he does. He carries a high level of professionalism while capturing the warmth and empathy of a helping hand around this campus. He is also really funny and with such a big role and work load to fulfill, being able to embrace humor is both a gift and a tool.
