Prices are good. Delivery and installation as they promised not so much. Am sad to leave this rating bc I really like them, but am still waiting to get furniture piece complete, it’s almost a month. They call me when they are here, and I have asked for them to call me in advance to make sure I am here. The only time they did call to schedule a return to finish assembling a piece, was Tuesday of last week to say they would come on a Thursday between 3 and 5pm. I explained that would unfortunately not work, they said they would call me last week Friday to give me another date. Have not heard from them since Tuesday. I’m disappointed bc they were so eager for us to buy two pieces of furniture to save us money on delivery, and they didn’t deliver the first time they said they would, when they did, they didn’t call us, the delivery persons were not happy, then they disassembled to assemble properly the way we need to fit in room, and left saying the screws and metal inserts were twisted and could not finish. I’m going to call them again right now,...

If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought a bed and they didn’t deliver when promised. Gave them a second chance and went back to buy the rest of the set and took about a month to receive it. I even went myself to their warehouse in Shafter to pick up. The employee I spoke with did give me a nice discount and I think that’s why they gave me the runaround for so long. I would not go back!

Went in and picked out some couches staff told me I had 30 days to return it and never offered warranty three days later I found a rip on my couch about 5 to 6 inches long on a place thats not viewable called the furniture store Spoke to the supervisor and told me I had to buy the warranty and they could not replace it because I had already taken it home, and I only had 24 hours which I was never told that when I paid for them cash...selling me something damaged is unprofessional and not wanting to deal with...
