I have been walking by this place for 5 years (close to my work)& finally stopped in, knowing pretty much what I wanted.

Mario was great! I picked out a piece I liked to replace a "Mother's Ring". I found the perfect ring & he swapped out the Sapphire for a Citrine (my son's birthstone).

It was ready when he said & omg, the sparkle! The photos do not show how beautiful this piece is!

I would definitely recommend Pacific Jewelry. Besides, I'd rather shop local than a chain store, because you will find pieces that you can't find anywhere else...not a mass...

Actually ZERO Stars! My wedding ring was ruined by PJC. A small repair, but he messed with all of it which resulted in a distorted ugly ring. Had to pay another jeweler to take it all apart and return it original condition. When trying to work with him, he hung up on me TWICE!! What a bad, unprofessional, unethical...

I took in my father‘s money clip that was about 75 years old and I inherited it ,I was told it couldn’t be fixed but Mario said I’ll call you when it’s ready!! I’m using it today as we speak.
