There's a few other ramen spots in town, and for the most part each of their menus are completely different from each other including this one. Sushi, chicken karaage, gyozas, and more. The stars of the menu are their signature dishes, the Hon Ramen (pork broth), and Hon Sushi. Both were extremely good. The ramen's broth was rich without being overpowering, and had a clean taste. The chashu pork was good too, with a good sear and good meat to fat ratio making it very tender. The sushi was savory, sweet, and good quality. The chicken karaage had a nice balance of crunch and tenderness and the spicy mayo it comes with pairs nicely. The gyozas could've used more filling, but was still flavorful, and the plating of it was nice. Baked salmon roll was good, and little too much sauce, but you can still taste the core food. The california tempura roll was really good. A nice balance of tempura batter. The The place looks good and more expensive than the actual prices of the menu. Prices remain comparable or cheaper than other ramen and sushi places in town. Overall, great experience, great looking place,...

If I could give more stars, I would! At first, I was uncertain, because so much of their menu is spicy and my mom and I avoid spicy food. But that said, the Hon Ramen was amazing. It's some of the best ramen I've ever had!

When we said we were avoiding spicy, they even left the Wasabi off the roll we got. They were so great about getting us some additional food to go and my brother, who is a spicy connoisseur, appreciated the extra spicy sauce and loves his spicy tonkatsu ramen. We'll be trying the mochi later, but I have no doubt it will be just as good.

We went on a Friday night, not realizing what day it was. They were very busy, but we're quick to serve us. Even as busy as they were, the service was phenomenal! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We never had to wait long for whatever we needed.

I can't comment on authenticity, but it's better than ramen I've had in Vegas and the experience overall was quite enjoyable. And honestly, the price is good, too. It is a bit loud, but not too bad for me. Those with noise sensitivities should be aware of that. But I will definitely...

Good atmosphere that serves sushi and ramen of various types. We ordered the Hon Ramen, spicy Garlic Ramen, vegetarian ramen, spicy tuna roll and hidden dragon roll. All the ramen and rolls were very tasty and the presentation of the food was nice. The place has street parking in front and has a sushi bar located in the rear of the serving area with tables for seating in the front. There are also TV's on the wall on both sides showing various sporting events. We had NFL on one side and march madness on the other. The broth of the ramen was very flavorful and the soft boiled egg was very tasty. Prices are reasonable, 12-16 bucks for the ramen and 8-16 bucks for the rolls. You can expect a bit of a wait time to be seated as it is not that large of a place. We had a medium sized group which took a little longer for a table to be prepared. Not necessarily kid friendly as they don't have a kids menu available, we just got our son a bowl of rice and shared some ramen with him. Overall, I...

Hon Ramen is hands down one of the best spots I’ve ever been to! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere just hits — cozy, modern, and full of good vibes. The staff? Absolutely incredible. Friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming — you can tell they love what they do. They know my order at this point to where they don’t even hand me a menu. The ramen is authentic and packed with flavor. Every bowl tastes like it came straight out of Japan. And don’t sleep on the sushi — the sushi chef is an artist! Everything was fresh, beautifully prepared, and melted in your mouth. And the best part? The prices are super reasonable for the quality you're getting. Great food, great people, great prices — Hon Ramen nails it on all fronts. Can’t wait to go back! 🍜🍣🔥
