Rendezvous Salon — Local services in Bakersfield

I just got back home from visiting Rendezvous Salon and I was really hoping to have a good experience because they seem to have good reviews. When I walked in, I looked around for a receptionist to check in but I could not find one. Several women were sat down chatting, made eye-contact, went back to chatting and didn't acknowledge me at all.

There was no "hello" or "how may I help you", just nothing. I sat down, thinking that someone would get to me eventually but it never happened. It is embarrassing to feel invisible when you walk into any business, so I left. I have no idea what their haircuts are like, but I do know that their customer service is sub-par. Their tagline is "An Experience You'll Never Forget" - they're absolutely right, I will not forget how unprofessional they were today and I will not...

I had a appointment with my stylist for my Mom hair to be colored, my mom lives in San Diego so she was all excited to get her hair done ...that Saturday morning 7am my stylist canceled on us ..I was bumm out I didn’t want my mom to go back home without her hair not done so I ask couple of my friends where to go ...one of them recommend Rendezvous ...walked in and ask if there was someone that can help us ...Norma said no worries I can do your moms hair and your sister too ...the service was amazing, we definitely be coming back ...thank you Norma...

This place is AMAZING. Jean was AMAZIN. She is very knowledgeable about her work and that made me very comfortable in her chair she asked me what i wanted and she explained to me that if we did what i wanted the out come wouldn't come out the way i expect it to so we decided to do what she said.
