This being my first and only visit to this establishment... I really enjoyed the food it was excellent!! The only complaint that I have, is with the service.. The girl that started off the line asks me what I'm going to have, I tell her and, then she proceeds to walk over to help another girl who is working on the line just about 2-3 feet from her and helps her with something she was doing.. When she returns back to her spot in the line, she then begins to ask me for a second time what I would like to have that day... I tell her again, and by now my impatient taste buds are beckoning for substance... She starts to assemble my burrito but, while she is doing this she proceeds to start up a conversation with the girl next to her in the line( the same girl she had previously helped)... and, too my utter surprise this girl once again looks up at me and asks me for a third time, what I wanted before she completed the tortilla, brown rice, steak, and, wow, a scoop of beans!! The broad couldn't multitask at all, nor did she have the short term memory of a small rodent!! Sorry, but for a first time visit, with having not a single table available for me and my family to seat and eat our lunch at, and that is after a 10-15 minute wait standing in line, to have some young thing who obviously should have been a moved from her place in line to a more productive placement in the line for her would have been working that cash register!! Someone dropped the ball in Management!! I will return here to eat again because the food was amazing, I just will not be visiting...
Read moreWhen I go to this place for my burrito fix, it is usually for takeout. They hand build everything as you watch. The portions are usually generous and unlike other restaurants, of this kind, they don't overload the rice to build up the size. When I have gone to this location, they were open to building your burrito to order. So vegetarian choices are available. At times service can be slow, as you wait for your food to be ordered and constructed. This can make it difficult if you are on a schedule to get back to work on time. I believe this is mostly related to the approach they take to order and construct your food. If you are concerned about time, make sure to order ahead for pickup. Just make sure to check your order before you leave because they do make mistakes. Overall I'm satisfied with their food itself. The meat is spiced well, the rice is a good consistency, and overall the additional toppings to the burrito are fresh. In the distant past I have, on two occasions, seen workers assembling food without gloves. I quickly complain about this. But on the majority occasions this is not the case. If this is important to you just keep a sharp eye out and tell them. Overall they are well-kept establishment and everything appears clean and cared for. I am very happy with my service...
Read moreWorse experience ever. I asked for a burrito and then asked for a tray, to drink I asked for a cup for water, the woman that was there who claimed to be “the manager” saw I was dirty (I’m a construction worker and went there for lunch) and she started telling me “this cup is for water ONLY” with an attitude and said out loud “a burrito plus 50 cents for the bowl” without me even asking if it was extra for the bowl, I didn’t even check the price of anything. The whole situation made me upset because I really hate when people look down to someone for his/her looks and I challenged the woman on why she was charging extra but she was a true Karen and just kept going at it. Finally I told her just give me my burrito and she got all upset grabbed the food that was on the countertop and dropped the cup then shoved the food in the trash with rage. Instead of retaliating I gave her a tip, not because she deserved it but because it looked like she really needed it. I really don’t recommend going to this place and I know most of you won’t have a problem with her because most of you have jobs where you don’t get dirty but do you want to go to a place where a construction worker, oil field worker, welder etc. won’t ...
