Excellent customer service! Claudia and Joaquin at Customer Service were amazing!They were able to give me my full refund. So I had to return a Walmart Moneycard that I had bought for my child. At first I called the Walmart Customer Care number and they told me since I didn't set up an account that I had to go to the store and return it there. At first they told me there that they don't return gift cards and I told them the situation and how I've reached out to Customer care and the emails that were also sent and Joaquin and Claudia were so nice and returned my full refund. Horrible service. Went up to ask a question to the shorter lady near register and she yelled back, "BE THERE IN A SECOND", in a curt manner. Then she started to chit chat and joking with the other 2 assistants without regards to my presence. Continued to ignore me and joke around until I walked away.
