Panda Express — Restaurant in Baldwin Park

This is a mixed review. Went to Baldwin Parks Panda Express Saturday night Oct 22nd about 9pm. I started to place my order. However, as I started to order the bowls. Some of the items I requested. Which was walnut shrimp, chow mein, and the ragoons. The associate said "we're out of that, we're out of those too". So I said really you ran out? She said yes. So I order the fried rice in the bowls. As I got to the window to pay I saw some walnut shrimp an employee was placing in a box. I ask the young lady her name was Ashley "wait you have walnut shrimp and she said yes it just came out. I said the lady that took my order said you were out. I then asked if they had chow mein and ragoons. She said yes, but they're cooking them and will be ready in about 5 mins. I said why didn't the lady that took my order just say that they were cooking and it'd be a little bit? I would've said yes I'll waited. Ashley apologized several times saying yes the other associate should of told you they cooking again my apologies. Ashley was very kind and remedied the problem. However, I feel the lady that took my order should of been the one to apologize. Anyways, like I said mixed review here. I'm writing this review to praise and thank Ashley for going above and beyond to make sure the customer...

I don't give reviews, but, this time, I need to in order for this branch to train further their server. I just came from Kaiser, having my bloodwork done, so I'm famished having fasted for 10 hours. The server was doing her job like it's the end of the world. There was only one person eating in the corner and my husband and I are the only ones in line at 10:30 am. She seems in a hurry and I'm really tired and wanted to take my time choosing. Her demeanor, as a service personnel was not pleasing at all and not up to the job she is in for. I asked for a spoon and her reply was, "We don't have spoon!", just like that! This is the only Panda Express, I've been to that doesn't have a spoon. But that's not the main issue. The main thing is, this particular girl, does not live up to Panda Express' excellence...

When I ordered the guy wasn’t paying attention and couldn’t hear me when I was asking for something different. Didn’t like most part of my whole meal. My fried rice was tasteless and overcooked. My beef and broccoli also lacked flavor and my egg rolls tasted old and when I asked for a different one they brought me one that tased way better, and made me think they gave me an old one from a day before or something. And the orange chicken was alright it didn’t taste great but didn’t taste as bad as the other food items. Overall my favorite part was the water and the fortune cookie, because they were the most satisfied items I had. Never coming to this location again. (...
