Tortas Sinaloa — Restaurant in Baldwin Park

The over 40 minutes wait really was bad. Almost everyone who ordered after i did had already got there food and was eating and others that were done and already gone. Ordered 4 tortas to go and waited for ever. When I asked whats the hold up, guy at register says. We just got an online order for 8 tortas that needs to be done and then your next. I said, I've been here way before all these people esting and they all have been eating and others already finished. He said that my order was next. I guess i should have not told him that we were here visiting. Cause it seemed that he took care of all the locals first and even took the time to ask them if the food was good. To make this short. I came here with my pal. Got 2 tortas, 2 drink (they automaticlly charged a large!) and 2 tacos. I finished a half of one torta. Then the other half i found a long paper in the middile, where the queso fresco is held! I asked the waitress "hey, whats this!" The tortas are good and the fruit flavor waters are delicious but their service was terrible they need to organize themselves better. My first time there so i didn't know I could just sit down to eat there so I got in line when we got to the cashier she told us to sit and someone would take our order we waited about 25 mins until I called some girl over so she could take our order and she asked if we were ready to order or if we still wanted to see the menu of course we wanted the menu they had no menu on the walls nothing!
