The Customer Service was the WORST I've ever been apart of !! The Morning Supervisor ( Female ) Said she was in charge told me the Survey Coupons that we added to our Breakfast Coupons were no longer acceptable !! That they had expired and we will have to pay for the ( FREE TACO'S ) !! Well from what I already know as long as you have a code from the site or Phone Code they have to accept it and even after the 3 day's to receive the code Jack still gives it to ya lol. SO THERE IS NO EXPIRATION PERIOD. I have spoken to Corporate and they have also told me NOPE we are always going to accept the recites that have the code on them. SO while just wanting our Breakfast Jacks with FREE COFFEE & HASH BROWNS The Woman in charge threw the coupons back in my car and SLAMMED her Order window lol. She then claimed I was using threatening behavior and she was going to call the Police L M F A O ! I can not even put a STAR on here but I have to so you all can read our experience !! The District Manager of the Store has called and asked for us to please accept there apology on the Staff that morning. They also assured me that they want us to always feel free to survey anything that happens with their store. Even with the apology we just don't feel this store is Professional and from what I've heard from others on this Baldwin Park Location (Just off the 10 Freeway heading East between the 605 and 57) we were not the first to have this done to them. The woman in charge swore to us her name was Jennifer but, we did not believe her. When she gave us our food it was cold and greeeeezy !! The reprint on the receipt was the kicker lol NO SURVEY or Order Number just amount deducted off my JACK CASH CARD lol Wooooooooo !! Did she actually think we wouldn't call...
Read moreI walked into dining area. We had to wait for someone to take our order. After ordering we waited and waited. I saw the girl come and grab a bag and put food for the drive thru window. She did that like 4-5 times. A man ordered his breakfast after us. I finally went to the counter and the girl walked over to get a bag of food. I asked her what was taking so long. She turned around handed me a bag of food and said your food is ready. It took over 10 minutes. The customer that ordered right after us, was also handed his food. The people that ordered from the drive thru were getting their food a lot quicker. I usually don't walk into the dining area, but I was out for a morning walk with my granddaughter and she was hungry. I was disappointed in the service I received in the dining room. It's like the drive thru customers are their priority. Poor service in the dining area. Service needs to be improved. The girl taking our order was working the drive thru window and the front counter....
Read moreThe night shift crew was very rude, I work in fast food so I understand customer service and I understand being under pressure but I told the woman my order 3 times and she continued to get it wrong, when I go to the window I explained she could not hear me and if the could correct my order and the man told me no that I would have to get back in line!!! I told him that’s not fair because I told her my CORRECT order 3 times at the speaker. He offered for me to sit out for 5 mins and wait a i decliners being already upset. They then gave me a Diet Coke when I asked and corrected her at the speaker that I wanted a regular one and then gave me my order incomplete and told me that was it. I was very very unhappy with the service the woman was giving me and my boyfriend a sour face the whole time when I was explaining to the man that she got my order wrong.
