Subway — Restaurant in Baldwin Park

I went there towards the end of November 2024. It is located inside the Walmart on the side. There appeared to be ( 2 ) 30 year old hispanic females working there. The woman who was making my subway sandwhich spoke fast and unclear, with background noise, I couldn't understand her. I think I asked her 3x's what did you just say? And then she repeated what she said, but she seemed annoyed and pissed off. The entire encounter was cringe. At that moment I started realizing why some people work at a Walmart Subways versus another female who works at a 5 star restaurant. The only difference is their manners, professionalism, and overall demeanor. If I were the manager at this location, this is how I would train my employees, because if I were a secret shopper, imo, she would not meet performance expectations. Pretend like everyone who visits is a first time customer & clearly and concisely speak and give them their options. If a customer has to ask what you just said, you are not being very clear. Anyways, 1 star rating as of November 2024. I advise corporate to send secret shoppers to this location and be extra vigilant regarding their customer service, percieved attitude, and professionalism when asking customers options...

I was there yesterday 6-9-22 after shopping at Walmart and it's just a terrible place. i've only given it 2 ⭐'s because the girl who did my sub was nice, but the place has gone down the crapper. the floor is super sticky and the tables are never clean. they do not follow covid 19 protocol. there was a guy in there coughing all over the place and did not have a mask on.
