I brought my iPhone in to get worked on immediately while picking it up clearly the issue was worse with glitching and freezing. I had to hand it back to the young gentleman to fix it as I thought the second time he would get it right this time so I paid which was a completely different price then what I was quoted which isn't even my biggest issue with them. Him claiming he's a tacnician and he knows it wasn't there fault with there quality of work and responding they couldn't have made a mistake and he knows there not at fault and I responded he wouldn't know because he wasn't the one who worked on it and it was a younger man who repaired it and he wasn't even there to know if the younger guy was at fault. Back to what happened Not long after leaving realizing it kept Glitching freezing and part of the screen would stop working off and on. I would turn it off and back on trying to fix the issue. With having to leave to go out of state because my mom was dying and I would need a phone for emergencies. Well there wasn't anything I could do being out of state. When I came back home for a week I tried to return to get the issue fixed and they denied due to me not having the receipt. Which I understand that part. But come on dr. Phone your telling me you have no record of the work you do for anybody at all. In my opinion that's bull. How do you file taxes but whatever. You better hope you never get audited. So three days ago I returned with a receipt for them to fix with a 90 day warranty.
With returning he took my phone and told me to give him 15 minutes to fix it and when I returned my screen was now cracked and had an argument with him the it's there quality of work and there responsibility and they guy was pretty much telling me i was screwed and he didn't do it. Which is funny because it wasn't broke until they touched it. So now being furiated he admitted to having several cameras which is a blessing to me to prove they were at fault in so many ways of customer service. He was suppose to review the videos after he got off at 5:00 pm and email me to prove I was correct and he was wrong. The next day still no response so my husband and myself returned to confirm that the issue was there fault to them changing the story all around to it's a busy time of year and he had no time to review the video and denied to fix it at all or refund my money.
I then took it to apple to confirm it was clear they were at fault and paying another $180 on top of his $140 and quoted for $99 to fix it right. Oh and I forgot that he did offer to fix his mistake for another $100. This business is a joke and I would not recommend anybody using them. They have a total of 18 reviews and 7 or more being very bad reviews. They need to be closed permently for scamming people. The older guy has no problem yelling at customers and bullying them to stop trying to prove him wrong when he clearly doesn't honor his warranties and isn't going to admit to being wrong. I rate them below a 1. I wish I would of read these reviews before using them to fix my phone. I hope they make you close your store permanently or different employees or owners start working there because this man clearly is a scammer and should refund us our money. Read moreCame here to replace an iPhone 7 screen. They charged me $196 which is more than apple ($129). I signed a warranty that said if they couldn't repair the phone, they would refund the repair cost. The part that was used is DULL, won't auto sleep when on a call, randomly dials or opens apps, and KILLS my battery. After my 3rd visit and my request for a refund, the OWNER, told me that he will ONLY replace the screen again and he doesn't do refunds AND that it is my problem!!! My problem because they used a faulty part! After contacting CDC Cellular repair in Frederick, they told me that they don't even do repairs on the iPhone because of the issues I'm experiencing due to CHEAP AND FAULTY parts! They will recommend customers ONLY go to Apple for replacement work. DO NOT COME HERE!

And if that is in fact the case (which I doubt because you are just dishonest) you may want to actually check your records, because I visited you in mid-July, not a few months ago as you stated. And forgive me for not wanting to bother with yet another screen replacement when I experienced the exact same issue after two replacements. You guys practice shady and unethical business. Read moreThe battery in my phone would go from 100% to 30% in a matter of minutes, so it was time either for a new phone or a new battery. I called another phone repair business and they quoted me a price of $90 and required 90 minutes to swap out the battery, which stopped me from using it because I didn't know where to go for 90 minutes in that area. I was shopping at the FSK mall, was walking past the Dr Phone kiosk, and asked how much he charges and how long it would take and I almost couldn't believe it. It was half the cost and took less than 10 minutes from start to finish. I don't know what the quality of the battery is, but there are good reviews online, and seeing all these batteries come from overseas, could they all be manufactured by the same company and just using different labels and packaging? I don't need a top of the line or newest smart phone for what I use it for so if I can get a few more years out of what I currently have with just a new battery I'm good with it.
