I randomly walked into this place to replace some turquoise on a ring. They were able to fix it but unfortunately the night I got it back, some of the other stones had fallen out. I called the next morning right away and they told me to bring it back in. Every time I'm there, the lovely sales woman offers to clean, shine, and smooth out any bumps in my rings, which is awesome to have all my rings looking really nice. I just picked up the ring today and it looks great and seems like everything is pretty secure and won't fall out. The sales woman and the other sales man were so nice and understanding throughout the whole process. I would definitely take my jewelry to get fixed here again.
